SALADIN NIGHT AT THE CITADEL

A welcome Horse parade with Saladin costumes, torches and swords. On arrival Harems (Ladies) will present a flower & men will wash their hands with Mazahr (with sent) water. Dinner is served in a private set-up on the terrace viewing the city of Cairo at night. |
SUNSET COCKTAIL - On the Nile Banks, or at the Pyramids Plateau
SPHINX LUNCH - Served at the Sphinx Area, while enjoying the magnificent unique view of the Plateau of the Pyramids.
NILE CRUISE DINNER
Dinner will be aboard the Luxurious
Nile Boat. An evening filled with rich flavors in Authentic Oriental style.
Dinning while cruising down the Nile, is one of the most glamorous ways
for an evening.
NILE CRUISE THEME EVENTS - Costume Theme Party
KHALILI BAZAAR COMPETITION
On a planned course of 1 Kilometer,
your clients will be requested to purchase all the ingredients that go
into cooking a chosen national dish within 1/2 hour. The first person to
complete this task will be awarded a PRIZE.
KABABGY DINNER - In central Cairo on the Nile Bank, in an open-air set-up on the terrace of Kababgy Restaurant, enjoy the magnificent view of Cairo by night while being served delicious traditional cuisine.
"THE CAMEL SURF RALLY"
The group will divide into sub groups:
Each will have a camel, and from the start line to the finish line it is
estimated between 30-45 minutes, coached with a local professional camel
man on another camel. At the finish line, each participant will be awarded
a Papyrus Certificate as "Participant of Egypt Camel Surf Rally. The winner
of each group will make the final race selecting the first Team Winner.
On a side table at the finish line, 1 Olympic cup, with a copper plate
on the wood base, engraved is the first "Winner of the Camel Surf
Rally".
THE NILE CRUISE TREASURE HUNT
After they arrive from the tour,
the group will gather on deck for a preview on the treasure hunt procedures
and details. The mechanics will be distributed on a printed card, and the
hunt begins....? The hunt will extend over two hours, and winners will
be announced on the last night Gala Party. The treasure will be a selection
of gold items. Jewelry and a Papyrus Painting with a message from King
Tut Ankh Amun.
WELCOME KIT - A special kit will be distributed to all Guests giving all details on their stay, and general information on Egypt as a destination and their designed program.
UPON ARRIVAL AT AIRPORT - The group will be met by a special immigration officer and Peace Tourism representatives and assisted to go immediately through immigration.
FELOUKA CHAMPAGNE BREAKFAST - Breakfast is been specially catered, including two glasses of Champagne Per Person. The felouka will sail for an hour, finishing back at the hotel.
WELCOME BANNERS - With Company Logo, and a Welcome Message, will be put up at Airport exist or Hotel entrance.
UPON ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL
*A Welcome parade of Camels with,
formally dressed soldiers, with white gloves welcomes the group.
*Coming out of their coach, a musical
Military Band will play the welcome march of "Opera Aida"
*While having a welcome soft drink,
collect room keys that will be set alphabetically on a side table.
BARBECUE DINNER - Served beside the swimming pool, offering oriental cuisine. An oriental musical trio will softly entertain them through dinner.
"THOUSAND AND ONE NIGHTS"
The group will not be told of their
dining arrangement. Coaches will transfer them to a certain spot at the
plateau of the Pyramids (where the view of the three Pyramids and Cairo
City is seen). The coach will leave, while a camel for each couple will
take them for a ride into the desert!!!!!!
After few minutes of the unknown
and curiosity, they will see at distance the light of torches.
As they come closer, A horse dance
show welcomes them a specially set-up big tent that will witness a theme
evening of "THOUSAND AND ONE NIGHTS". An extravaganza experience, in a
genuine Bedouin tent, fully carpeted, where guests will be seated
comfortably on low chairs, served on traditional brass trays with
Egyptian Delicacies, whole lamb Barbecue, mint tea and water pipes.
True Bedouin authentic Rababa players,
folklore show and oriental belly dancing, will entertain them through the
night. Each one will be wearing their "Galabia" (Traditional Costume),
enjoying a real splendor and a night to remember.
RUBAYAT DINNER
Dinner will be at Rubayat, the oldest
part of the Palace Building dated 1869. The Mena House Palace
was used to be the hunting lodge of the Khedive Ismail. This Restaurant
hosted many of the World celebrities like Queen of Spain, King Gustav of
Sweden, and Rubayat was once used as a meeting room for the Peace talks
between Egypt & Israel back in 1979 where President Sadat, Began and
Carter met. The Theme is a replica of the Old Egypt Royalty of the Pasha
Time.
FLY OVER LUXOR WEST BANK IN A
HOT AIR BALLOON
At 6:30 AM , from the Golf Course
of Mena House at the Plateau of the Pyramids, a Hot Air Balloon will
take you cruising for 90 minutes over the Pyramids and Egypt's
Country Side .On landing, a lavish breakfast will await you. A buss will
transfer you back to the hotel to start your full day tour .
N.B. The maximum capacity of the
Balloon is 12 pax . Therefore, the group will be deviled in two or
three groups and will have this magnificent air cruise on different
days .
